Here is how it looked before I added the dresser. This is an old photo. The area was NOT this clean when I started!! I've also added some things on the left of the desk...
BEFORE

AFTER
yeah. I added a LOT to this side...
I've also added a rolling table to the "front" of my desk that I roll away, and sit between while I work.
My favorite part: the new doll's nest on top of the dresser.
I moved the old headboard that used to be where the waterfall dresser is, to the computer desk... it makes that area a lot neater too...
Something about cleaning makes me more creative... so I can't wait to have a moment to play in my area!!
Whatch been doing to get your groove on?
™
I'm trying to find something that will actually get my grove on! Send some of that mojo my way!
ReplyDeleteThis is weird. I took before pics of my "studio" this morning too! No after pics yet though.
ReplyDeleteI've been reorganizing and cleaning my craft room too! I can't handle the clutter and disorganization.
ReplyDeleteYour new dresser is great! I meant to take a picture of the one I have but couldn't find my P&S camera the other day and the SLR was out of battery power!
Girl can you move in there? It really fits your energy..
ReplyDeleteSmiles,
Sonia ;)
What a 'Spring/Summer' clean and tidy can do, its not only in the physical its in the mind aswell.
ReplyDeleteI'm convinced that as you tidy up your studio you tidy up your mind with out realising it... You find things to spark your imagination that you would have disguarded on a different day...
I'm off to tidy up... the whole house!!!!he!he!......not really..
Great studio space...
Most Excellent Rachel, that's a very cool dresser. When will you be coming to my house to organize? LOL
ReplyDeleteWow, you have everything so organized, I would love to peek inside those dresser drawers... and your dolls nest is wonderful too... Roxanne
ReplyDeleteExcellent job of organization and creativity! Impressive space!
ReplyDeleteYikes Rachel, that truely is a studio, my my how do you remember all the stuff you've got?????
ReplyDeleteFound you via Blogs of Note, Congratulations! I'm in the process of getting my craft studio ready to move things into. Still have insulation and wallboard to go up. In the meantime it's been used for summer gatherings and grandchildren's sleepover. Everyone should have a studio.
ReplyDeleteWonderful studio. Mine is my basement, and a mess to boot :)
ReplyDeleteYou've got way to much stuff !!
ReplyDeleteNice job.
May I ask how long this took?
