Straight outta the camera...
I'm leaving for Texas in July... for a week vacation/work party with the gals from Tally. We call them TallyRallies. It's been a year since my last one. I decided that I shouldn't be packing my camera around on a plane. I started looking for a small point and shoot camera to take with me. I found one on Amazon, that was so new, it hadn't been released yet. I pre ordered it, and it came in today!! I'm so excited to get used to it, and to be able to just drop it into my purse to have with me AT ALL TIMES!! It's a 10mp, 4X zoom, Sony CyberShot. There are some settings I haven't found yet, but I will play with it more and get used to it. I think it will be pretty easy to do judging by things so far. Here are two photos I took today while I was playing! The rose leaf one is STRAIGHT out of the camera. No editing WHATSOEVER. Yeah. I think I'm gonna like it.

These little point and shoot digital cameras are such a blessing! In fact, that's all I have! I really think you will enjoy it.
Wow...great pictures! And so much easier than lugging around a big ol' camera.
I love my P + S! Peeps who meet me (and have seen my photos) will ask "Where's your "big" camera?" -- thinking I can't possibly take the photos I do with my P + S!
cool! i need to get me a camera like that. i'm always lamenting when i leave mine to home. ;)

you are going to love it Rachel. As much as I love my 'big' camera I LOVE my point and shoot. I would not still be doing my Project 365 if I did not have it to slip into my purse. Love the two shots you got. Congrats on your new purchase
